The first thing you need to do is make sure that you’re getting enough sleep. Many people work out hard and eat fairly healthy and wonder why they still are making any growth. Then I find out that they’re only sleeping 5 to 6 hours per night. Most fitness gurus recommend that you get a least eight hours of sleep per night. A lot of them even recommend that you get a nap in during the day. I know this might not be possible for everybody. In fact I can only get seven hours of sleep per night. But it’s important that you make it a goal. The reason sleep the sole portent is because your body releases growth hormone at this time. Your body does the growing when you’re not working out.

The next thing you have to do is make sure you’re doing the right exercises. When I work out my biceps and triceps I always use weight. I do the same thing when I work out my abdominal region. Many people don’t use weight for some reason when I work out their abs. It doesn’t make any sense to not use weight. If you want to seek quick growth start adding weight when you’re doing your sit-ups. Even holding 10 pounds in your hands when you’re doing sit-ups will make a world of difference. Make sure you do four sets of a least 10 reps per exercise.
